Okay, so it works and IS super easy!
(See the post below). Curiosity got the best of me, so I downloaded the software and tried it. Super, super easy! Here is my example and I completed this in like 1 minute! Go for it if you want to be able to utilize this affect easily! It's totally worth the $14.95!

OMG I love you for finding this!! This is pretty much the only feature I'm interested in in Photo Shop and haven't have the time (or courage!!) to try the Photo Sop you gave me. I am totally getting this!! :)
Wha...wait...download what? When are you going to give us "lessons" on how to do this? I have photo shop 4.0, and can't figure out how to do a gosh darn thing!
